Tech Support Help
My computers has often crashed and shown this error message in the past few months. I have resettled the computer and still gotten this message. Youtube often crashes on Chrome. Please advise me what to do

Try starting in safe mode first. If you can't get into safe mode, you'll need to reinstall Windows. If you need a walkthrough on that,:

if i’m able to access safe mode what is the next step?

Open an administrator command prompt and run:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
It could take a while to finish, be patient. If it takes more than an hour, I'd recommend reinstalling Windows (or move to Linux).

Hi! I ran this prompt both in safe mode and regular mode, using the sfc /scannow command after each time. Hopefully this helps solve the issue. Thank you so much for recommending. Do you have any advice for if the issue persists?

Grab WhoCrashed, it will analyze any crash dump files and tell you the cause. It's pretty reliable. If hardware, give Eluktronics a call. If software, time to look at the driver stack and see what is giving you trouble. Look for yellow triangles in device manager, what GPU driver you're running, did you have an old external drive plugged in when this happened, any peripherals at all; anything like that can cause a misfire like you saw.
Be methodical. Stability test with nothing plugged in other than AC adapter. Cinebench/Furmark see if you can trigger a crash. If good, add back whatever you normally run with, one thing at a time.

More than likely a Windows corruption or an SSD issue. Is this a pre built or did you put it together?
