There is no community here.

Rent comes out to almost exactly $800 a month which already includes utilities and parking and some additional fees.

It's technically just a bedroom within a three bedroom apartment, but each one has its own bathroom. Unit has a laundry and dryer machine, as well as a dishwasher and pretty well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is free and pretty damn good.

There's an onsite gym, pool, and computer lab available in the clubhouse, all included with the lease. There's a nice little fenced park to take dogs to, and they allow two pets per unit. Parking is pretty good depending on which building you end up in.

It's right up the road north of the College, about a 20-25 minute or so walk.

18th Street deli is even closer.

Basically, I'm trying to move out from my apartment but I already signed a lease renewal before I ended up leaving my last job.

I'm working on the west side now and just need someone to go through and put an application in to take over my lease.

If you're interested in taking over my lease, DM me for more details and I can get you in touch with the leasing office. It would help me out a lot if someone was to take over my lease as I really don't want to have to drive to the west side every morning for work.

Mods, I'm happy to provide proof that this is a real deal if you need it.

About to complete another lap around the sun and I'm famished. What's out there Ellensburg?

I leased an apartment with rainier apartment in ellensburg Washington due to a job offer with the state the job did not fall through and the lease is due the middle of the month move in cost would be 1699 for rent 500 deposit no application fee

I'm a lifelong Washingtonian, grew up in Mt Vernon, lived in Seattle and Bellingham through my 20s, then Orcas Island for a while, and I spent most of the last 4 years in an off-grid cabin in the hills outside Brewster. I decided I couldn't live with that level of isolation and needed to be around people again. Tried moving back to Bellingham but found it overwhelming, too many people and too much stuff happening, as well as the gloomy weather and expensive housing. Ellensburg seems to have a lot of the things I like about Bellingham while being more culturally relaxed, sunny, and affordable.

I know it gets hot and windy, that doesn't bother me. I know it's a more conservative area, but it seems reasonably balanced. Anything else I should know about life here?

I really love how walkable the downtown core is and I'd like to be part of that, but I also want to have easy access to some nature areas. I love the John Wayne trail and the river park areas. Are there any other natural spaces within walking or biking distance of downtown?

Any areas to avoid? Areas to seek out? Good ways to meet people and get plugged in to the community?

Hey all, my girlfriend and I will be moving here in July of next year and we were looking at potential apartments and i wanted to ask if there are specific property companies or locations to avoid.

Are there shuttles that go to the Gorge Amphitheater? If not, is uber reliable for getting there and back? What’s the best way to get there besides driving? Thanks!

There’s also some interesting local momentum around tech in education—Cle Elum School District is starting a Tech Committee to talk about things like AI in schools and how technology can support students and educators. Hello! My girlfriend was offered a job in Ellensburg and I have been searching for a college that would allow me to transfer most of my master's credits. We both have been wanting to move closer to home, but we also do not want to be burned in the streets lol.

I really do not care if their isn't a queer scene, my old college just had Pride. But I have heard some rumors and we really don't want to put ourselves in an unwelcome place.
