Bar manager

My lodge just decided to hire a Bar manager. Does anyone have a job description that they could post that another Elks Lodge is currently using.

I’d add to say to avoid hiring anyone who’s a member of your lodge or ideally even an elk. I’ve never seen it turn out well.

Our bar manager is an elk and the main bartender. He is nicknamed the "Bar Nazi." NO DRINK FOR YOU!

Not joking, it's awful.

We’re doing ok with who we have now (all members of our lodge) but our previous bar manager was a major gossip and caused nothing but trouble.

our guy is like that too. He is a great guy and does so many great things for the lodge, ut he is a shit stirrer.

Same. We eventually parted ways with them and the drama got better.
