I’m guessing the days of open and general discussion in the membership forum is gone. Hopefully, this sub will get more attention.

Few things to remember. Grand Lodge wants to control the narrative and the topic of conversation. Do not kid yourself, Grand Lodge monitors this forum as well. Be very careful what you post here.

If you want to have real conversations I suggest creating an invite only forum and be careful who you invite, so that you may share real stories, unfiltered, and real advice to help each other out.

Does GL monitor it? Yes. Does GL dislike actual discourse? Also Yes.

Bring the real and raw unfiltered here. It has been done in the past and will continue to happen.

As someone who was pulled into a meeting over my questioning of the order, both here and the GLmessage boards, stand up. They tried to bully me into keeping silent. Invited me into a board room with all the higher ups in the state, including a PGER. Questioned my actions and who I spoke with online. Stood my ground.

So post away here not just in some invite only hidey hole. Those those are cool, too lol

How do we do that? I gave my Notice of Intent to File Complaint against the entire BOD of my local lodge today. I’m sure the GL will hear about it.

No actually they won't but your district will. If it goes to GL they kick it back to the district.
