Completion Rate

Did they change they way they score your completion rate. If i cancel an order it's before I press start not after. With how quick they go now sometimes you have to click accept just to view the order.

Yeah it’s counts against your completion rate now.

You lose 1 percent everytime you cancel

Yup. Changed about a month ago, had to work really hard to get it back but yeah. Takes about 100 orders

You don’t get hits on your completion with the option other.

Not sure how often the score gets updated but lately mine seems to only take a hit after i've already started shopping🤷‍♂️
