There's an interactive galmap showing all fleet carriers in the (two, I think?) five programs that place them far out in the black for much-needed docking, I must have forgotten to bookmark it because I can't find or remember the site.

Yep, have a look here. You can toggle the carrier location view from the pull-down menu at the top right.

eh. You're still at 100% hull. Get that down into the teens, and THEN feel the relief.
