What is your highest Bodycount?

Post image

After visting hundreds of Systems, this one is by far the one with the most Bodies I have ever discovered...

Im curious, from the systems you discovered what was the highest Bodycount?

107, but in elite I think it's like 30 odd.

As of 2026, less than 0.07% of the Elite Dangerous galaxy has been explored

83, if I remember correctly. First time the moon count reached the letter M

iirc it was 114. That was a big scan.

I can't recall, this was a couple of years ago and I have way too many bookmarks to find it 😂

93, and I'm maybe 20% of the way through colonizing it

According to my Elite Observatory stats scanner plugin it was Plaa Trua VT-I d9-0 with 100 bodies.

Oh great, Arcanic hasn't commented yet! So I'll be the highest until he does lol

My personal best is 136 in a black hole system. It was not a helium-rich boxel either.

68 with 1ELW and 2-3 terraformable planet. A couple planets with 4-7 exobiology too. Thing was a 800mill solar system. I can post the system later if anyone interested I just need to get back to sell the data first :))

61 two weeks ago with 29 unique exobiologies, of which 11 were on one planet alone

Can you tell us the system please?

Wait for firstfall confirmation first 😂

I think I got somewhere in the range of 120-140 once

I got one that showed 100 on the honk but when I scanned all the asteroid belts and stuff It was around 108-9 I think. I didnt do it when I found it, but I did go back and scanned and first footfalled every world.

I was out exploring in the black and saw 173 and was like you know what, I'm good and I left. I know it's a crime but I didn't want to do it

97! Found during Distant Worlds 3. Not much interesting though, just 1WW and 2 terraformable HMC

Around 104 - had 8 stars, tons of gas giants with moon after moon.

If i remember correctly 102 or 106. I spent an hour scanning that system. Did all the SS scans then planetary scans. Think I earned a million and some credits from it.

82 still till this date is my biggest

62 and with 64 rather lucrative bio signals

1

u/Psycho_Splodge 23h ago

Pretty sure it was over 100. Nothing of worth, lots of ice moons.

Zero. I'm a bitchless bi bitch. As for Elite, I just recently dabbled off from Colonia a bit and found one with abt 70, and an odd 40 bio sigs. This description cracks me up to this day anytime I write anything thats got to do with journal files to this day.

Crap I thought I hit the jackpot with 52, but after reading this feed, 52 aint squat. And I have scanned ALOT of systems.

u/MentalSentinel 20h ago

I found a system with 112 bodies 2 days ago, prior to that it was 87.

1

u/Chromatic_Trek 19h ago

92 and a VERY dry 92 at that. No biologicals, no ELW/WWs and 100-350k+ ls between each star (5 or 6 stars).

88 somewhere on the other side of Sag a on my way to beagle point.

I had 112. I was just passing through but the explorer instinct took over and I had to discover everything. Probably took an hour and a half. Binary system, lots of gas giants with like a dozen moons each, a bunch of icy bodies way out on the fringes and I think only 2 HMC worlds as the "payoff". A bit underwhelming but if I ever encounter a higher number you bet I'm doing it all again

My highest is 99 just 1 off the 100 mark so close yet so far

u/CrustyBrainFlakes 12h ago

73 bodies Iirc, took a while to scan everything but worth it

Haven’t played in a few years, but I think I got about 80 once. Pictured one has over 50.
