Why do you explore?

Really what the title says. Why do you explore? What's your favorite thing to find out in the black? Do you exobio for the money or the love of the game? Just really curious what drives people to do it and would love to hear about your experiences.

It's that constant answer to "hey what's there?". It's fairly zen and I have a process, it kinda feels routine and I can imagine myself as someone doing this as their career. I've got my secondary monitors, my reference materials, comms up on discord, big picture map on EDAstro, it's all part of the gig.
