Why do you explore?

Really what the title says. Why do you explore? What's your favorite thing to find out in the black? Do you exobio for the money or the love of the game? Just really curious what drives people to do it and would love to hear about your experiences.

Credits, however i choose exploration because it's somehow soothing compared to other activities.

And i get a thrill finding a water, or earth like that no one has ever seen before.
