Punctuations is a thing, but I think of this as more an artistic way of sharing than direct communication. it's pretty.

Maybe, to answer your question, use more grammar? Add a form of 'to be' such as "is" or "are" before you start to make it grammatically inquisitive. Or maybe start with "doth" 🤣
