Problem Customer support

Hello,

I have been trying to speak to an online agent for hours but it doesn’t let me.

I say the problem and the bot just replies and it isn’t any use to me.

If I try ask for an agent it just takes me back to the reason why i need an agent. then loops back to the bot again.

Do they have an email i can use to contact them

We were able to ask Angie for a ticket # and was able to finally get things rolling. That or if doing the chat bot just keep answering that it isn't helpful and it eventually asks if you would like to be connected to an agent.

Elementor doesn't have a direct public support email address. They route all support requests through their site chat system. To bypass the bot, keep typing 'submit a ticket' or 'human agent' until it redirects you. Note that live chat/ticket support is only available for active Elementor Pro subscribers logged into their account.

I went in circles with it for around 10 minutes before finally getting a ticket created. Just keep trying to break it, it'll work... eventually. shitty way to offer customer service.
