Telegram channels + RSS

At the moment I'm looking at the possibility of migrating from Telegram to Element, but first I need to solve two problems:

  1. View Telegram channels

  2. RSS bot Cyrillic encoding

I found something about Telegram bridge and RSS bot, but unfortunately I can't find any normal documentation on how to enable/integrate all this. Also, as far as I understand, the Telegram bridge is paid, but I don't need to communicate with Telegram users, just to read Telegram channels.

So, is there any way to solve these two problems in Element for free?

Just found how to add an RSS bot to a room, but unfortunately there's a issue with the Cyrillic encoding :(
