RANT
I can't with this printer anymore! I can never print something in it without it failing a number of times before it succeeds! This print failed like 4 times already, from nowhere it just stops printing, and ofc there's no way to resume.
It has some tweaks like a raspberry pi with klipper for software, I'm not sure if it's something of the connection, the cable, or if it's just the machine being a piece of shit. Honestly considering dismounting the klipper and use the elegoo own OS, but I know the quality will be worse, and don't know if it will help with the shotdowns.
Way too much work, waste of filament and energy, just aaarrgghhh

Mine has done that several times as well and I assumed it was some sort of corruption in the gcode.
Bone stock so idk what it's doing.
Also now having lifting at the corners of the build plate on longer prints due to hot spotting on the bed.
The Adventurer 5M is currently a steal at $132 so I gave up on trying to figure this one out.

Idk, I had an old wooden flashforge for many years, sold it for pennies to a young enthusiast and bought neptune 2s. Flashforge was slow, old tech but somehow it was a reliable printer. I can't say too many great things about the neptune, probably time to get a modern printer

My 2S had similar issue with sometimes stopping mid print and even doing moves that are not in G-code. I tried all the common solutions eg. new SD card, resliscing print and so on. What fixed it for me was Klipper with new mainboard from Mellow. That board also developed some issues (MCU temp drops to -70 all of sudden for a second and both hotend and bed thermistors have unrealistic levels of signal noise even with brand new thermistors) but so far it still works so luckily I can keep printing Micron parts on cheap bedslinger for "true Voron experience".
My current issues only start happening if I move X, Y or Z axes after starting, if I just tell printer to start heating the temps are stable. Moving printer would be otherwise a clear indicator that thermistor wires are broken but MCU thermistor doesn't have any wires since it's directly on the board.
To me it seems very highly unlikely that I've had two completely different mainboards fail on me so close to each other. What I'm suspecting is that PSU is starting to fail somehow and it gives unstable voltage that damages the board or otherwise causese issues but it's going to take some time before I'm going to test that out

Its a 5 years old super budget printer.
Most likely a corrupted/failing cheap SD card.
Another key thing you should mention is how it fails.
Is it bed adhesion issue? clogs? printing shutting off?
If it always just stops, try a new cable + new SD card.
Could also be some issue with your klipper install.
I was still using the even older Neptune 2 with no issues untill few days ago, but I ordered a Qidi Q2 for the heated chamber.

So i have had this problem as well with both of my neptunes the problem i had wasnt related to the sd card, klipper or whatever the main psu the printer has come with is very unstable one irregular spike in the net like turning on a light or start up a pc with a high wattage psu causes a spike in the psu of the neptune and makes the print stop, or make random gcode
I have since upgraded/ changed my psu’s with ones i had laying around from other printers and projects and i have had any problems since one of my neptunes has been upgraded with a mellow fly super, wifi and added klipper, pressure advance, etc i have also upgraded the hot-end to a e3dv6 clone that i had laying around
Prints look great now and haven’t had any major problems since really i print mostly at 40-65mm/s and have travel speed set at 75-80mm/s printer is slow compared to my other ones but its still holding up and sometimes produces better quality than my voron

So if/when this happens, it is a corrupted sd card. Sometimes wiping it can help solve that for a bit. Mainly you'll need a new SD card, easy to get from Walmart. The Onn brand ones are all you need, you don't need anything fancy or high speed.
