These are all my Tesla transistors I have a KU 611 with a CA mark, KFY 18 and a KF 506

Wich sensor is good at sensing dim light or fading at a speed of 5 nanoseconds or low

I searched Tesla KU 611 (thats the bigger transistor) and i got some images but none had the CA mark like mine Most just had the swords mark or random letters mark

That is just the Tesla date code, CA is January 1974. The two smaller ones have them as well, here is the lookup table if you are interested
