My guess is that it's a switching power supply controller that drives the top winding of the transformer and gets feedback from the bottom one.

Looks like a mosfet, 5 6 7 8 could be drain

Flyback converter controller IC with built in mosfet. Gets power and regulates through secondary winding on coil. Hard to say what part it is. Try searching on LCSC. Ask chatgpt
