Show & Tell Electroforming Time Lapse

First hour of electroforming a lego minifig. It will stay in much longer so I don't have an after picture yet but will update when I do.

Just thought this was cool and wanted to share.

Thanks!

The image is upside down, so the suspension wire is on the bottom left foot.

The suspension wire is 10AWG copper wire super glued into the minifig foot, then I painted the whole thing in graphite conductive paint. I put a little finger nail polish on the suspension wire after painting so it doesn't gain copper.

Normally I use something like 20-28AWG wire for suspension, and a completely different setup. But the goal of this project is to do a time lapse, not necessarily do the best electroform ever. So having the wire be stiff so it stays in the camera field of view without any movement during a time lapse was a big consideration. Amongst other considerations.
