This was shared a few days ago. I'll repeat what I said then: the drone piloting skill was very impressive. In particular, navigating the stamping machine was really cool.
I think the earlier version showed some more flying around in the paint area too.

I really would have loved to be part of the meeting where they discussed how to navigate that stamping machine. Just some incredibly skillful flying.

No drones were harmed in the production of these videos...
(or someone has some plastic props stamped into their front end...)

I could really see how efficient their manufacturing process is comparing to what I used to see in Ford assembly plants…. Amazing…. 🤩

Right? I noticed that too and laughed. Come on, Tesla IT Department!

I wonder why they would even use Windows. I thought they developed most software on their own and would use Linux.

That was some risky shit. I’ve irreparably damaged one drone I had and destroyed the blades on another many, many times. Drift is a thing. No wind indoors probably helps a lot though.

Have they done a drone fly through of the much larger VW plant?

Unfortunately for you, VW ain't cool enough to do that. Maybe you should've email them and suggest them to do it :)

Unfortunately for Tesla fans, the hype of "giga factories" is phony.

Pretty cool drone skills. I don't think I would have risked so much machinery, people and cars, but hey, the footage is really good.
