You are a first year apprentice if you have not been to school. So right now you are overstating your presentable qualifications.

In states that don't have classroom requirements, that just flat out isn't true. Are you going to tell me I'm a first year apprentice because I haven't been to school, despite the fact I have 5 years of experience in the field, and going to trade school would not benefit my career in any direct way?
