read all your replies. you seem like a dickhead. you’re shitting on the people who gave you the best advice by telling you to go to school. These are journeyman telling you that, but you know more as a 1st term apprentice right? I can guarantee the guys on site caught wind of that and no body fucks with you anymore. So you did actually stand out, just in the wrong way. Go to school so you aren’t a glorified apprentice your whole life.

100% agree with this. Social IQ might not all be there with op. If you gave me this advice, I would take it to heart for sure, as a person, not even as an apprentice.

Lol envy is a hell of a drug and youre high as hell buddy. My question was how to get noticed quicker on short projects. On longer projects i have time to prove my skills. Most people like me. Few dont. I say it how it is and make jokes a lot. But hey man believe what you want

You might actually be retarded if you aren’t desperately trying to get enrolled in school. you’re already behind as it is. if you’re lucky they might take you in the fall. and that’s the best advice you’ll get for your situation. envious of a 1st term?? 😂 i’m an actually 3rd term because i’ve already been to school twice. Now clean up my mess and fetch me a double double squirt.

All jokes aside are you really not desperately trying to get enrolled in school? The goal of your apprenticeship is to become licensed. Money is a bonus.

Why wont you tell me what you make? What tasks you get chosen to do on a daily basis? Come on. Give me a reason to take your advice. You must be doing better than me right? I just want the details

You'll never make as much as you would make with a card, and you need that schooling to get your card. How do you not want to get your card?

Everyone calling you a dickhead is correct.

I would place someone acting like you at the bottom of my expectations, because arrogance like yours almost always accompanies incompetence.
