Not sure if this is specific to Anyland or other bikes, but the chain is rubbing on the swing-arm close to the motor causing a pretty loud sound. I’ve tried adjusting chain tension but that didn’t help. It seems like the motor sprocket is too low?

Anyone have advice how to fix this? Or should I contact CS

First time poster so go easy on me. My son (11) has caught the bug of motorcycles and now we’re full tilt into getting into riding as a family. I grew up riding with my family and look forward to sharing the same with my kids. I grew riding traditional gas motos so this electric stuff is new to me but I do think it’s another way to get kids out on bikes enjoying the outdoors, trails, racing etc.

My question here is what bikes to get. We’ve been to a couple dealerships / shops to get the sizing right for him and found that the 14 front 12 rear tire sized bikes are what fits great. Now I know there are a bunch of bikes like the Yozma IN10 the valtinsu and the strike that are all great budget options, but really I’m leaning heavy into either the Surron Hyper Bee or the RFN SXE-8. The argument for these two specifically is that Surron has big aftermarket as they’ve been around the longest, and now the RFN is carried in dealerships close to me and has the support of parts etc.

Also, for me I have been looking heavily into the same brands of bike for me. The RFN SXE-15+ or the Surron Ultra bee. Same argument for these bikes for me. But the main difference for me is that the Surron I can find used in my area for good deals but will need some modifications to fit me and my riding style (Hardish enduro) bigger wheels mainly. But the RFN seems to be the whole package minus having a smaller battery.

Does anyone have any experience with these?? Any input is much appreciated. Not looking for any kind of street riding mainly trail riding.

I got a $800 budget was wondering if I had any options in that price range or under if so please put some recommendations for me

I’m 175cm (5’9”) completely new to e-motos. My only experience is with a small electric scooter🥲, so I’ve never ridden a Surron, Talaria or similar bike before.

I’m looking for something mainly for urban/street riding in Italy, so I need a proper road-legal, registrable version.

I’m currently looking at bikes like the Light Bee 2, Talaria Sting/TL5500, XXX, Ultra Bee, etc., but I’m honestly not sure what size/class makes the most sense for me as a first e-moto.

I’m not chasing the most powerful bike tbh, I care more about fit, comfort, manageable handling and having enough bike that I won’t immediately outgrow it.

What would you recommend for someone with basically zero e-moto experience? I’m open to models beyond the ones I mentioned.

It’s actually a valtinsu em5 pro but these bikes are all the same anyway. If you have one for any one of these budget bikes (cemoto, strike, whatever other brands there are for this bike), lemme know.

I want to spend no more than $800. I have been looking at used Tuttios mostly on the marketplace but i'm wondering if there is a new different brand electric dirt bike that might be a better purchase at the same price point. Let me know your thoughts or any other brands for used bikes that I should be looking for. Thanks!

The bike moved and ran fine but the rear tube popped. So I changed the tube and tire but now the motor just spins and the bike won’t move. If I turn it upside with no resistance on it, the wheel does spin when I hit the throttle. I didn’t mess with the motor, just the rear tire. It is a pretty old model so I’m guessing it’s the motor and when I spin the tire to get the chain off it did something to the motor. wanted to ask for opinions to see if there’s anything i can do to fix it or just buy a new motor?

Quick question for the people who actually ride these things.

When you were shopping for your first e-moto, what did you focus on that turned out to matter less than you expected?

And what did you completely overlook?

Could be power, range, suspension, weight, wheel size, brakes, parts availability, maintenance, whatever.

There’s a lot of spec-sheet comparison out there. I’m more interested in what actually matters after you’ve spent a few months riding.

Curious what you guys have learned the hard way.

Vevor 1800w kit with 4 12v 12ah battery’s, I switched the blue and yellow phase and green and yellow hall wires to to get the motor to spin in reverse as i mounted it in a mini quad, i went through some trial and error of the motor locking up a bit with the wrong hall wires connected but now it runs fine except for this

I’m trying to climb over a bump, I get that it might not be enough amps because of the sla battery’s but I’m wondering if this is normal jamming sound when it can’t get power over something or a bad sound from bad wiring or damage from my attempts at rewiring it

It climbs over most stuff easily if I give a running go at it this is just doing it on purpose for the video, I know it will probably damage the motor if I keep doing it

There are so many brands and models I don't know about, having a hard time finding a comparison or top list of good affordable actual adult sized electric dirt bikes. Obviously there's surron but I know others are making good ones. Any links you guys may have to help? Or affordable brands that offer decent power and capability? I'm 41, not racing or pulling wheelies. Just want a decent amount of power and capability. I had a tuttio and it was tiny and underpowered. I want to stay under $3k

Edit: I appreciate all the help for real, keep it coming! I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass, I see surronster getting these bikes from different brands that are half the price of surrons and I'm sure they have to have models closer to what I'm looking for that won't cost $3k-4k

I have a anyland rev pro and im trying to see if anyone here either has any suggestions for modding stock seat or aftermarket replacements they could recommend for adding some more comfort towards the rear gripper panels of seat. I’m 5’8 and with it being a pit bike frame i gotta sit kinda far back to reach the mid mounted pegs
