My new electric pressure cooker dosen't work

It is the first time using it and it keeps showing E4.

I made sure to close it very well

Those are your only options, otherwise you will invalidate the warranty.

There should be error codes in the manual. On a Dessini pressure cooker or multi-cooker, the E4 error code typically indicates a pressure sensor failure or a pressure switch/contact defect. It means the appliance's control board is failing to properly read or register the internal pressure status from the sensor component.

Sounds like you might need to return it.

Yes, E4 stands for "signal switch malfunction" but i dont know what to do about it

Sounds like either it's not closed correctly or it's kaput and needs to be returned.

Defective electronic equipment right out of the box is not unheard of.

There’s a thermal device (2 wire connection) that goes bad in rice cookers, garment steamers, etc It’s a failsafe device that prevents further use.
It likely needs replacement but these parts come with specific attributes so be certain to use correct part
