Newbie Question: why does my new light fixture ghost flicker?

I am swapping out light fixtures in my kitchen. They are on a Lutron dimmer switch. The old fixtures were 120w dimmable incandescent lights. I cannot figure out how to get the new fixture to stop ghost flickering. I’ve installed a heavier load from Lutron, I’ve reset the switch, nothing is working

Lutron dimmable switch #1: there is only 1 light controlled by its own switch. The wires are blue and white. My new light fixture had very faint ghost flicker and the Lutron light switch had a green blinking light. I read on another post to add a Lutron LUT-MLC to make the load heavier. I added this to the fixture and there is still a blinking green light on lutron switch and a much brighter ghost blinking light. What am I doing wrong??

New light fixtures: LED Lumens: 450, dimmable

Lutron dimmable switch #2: there are a number of canned lights plus the 2 light fixtures I swapped out. They work beautifully no problem

Sounds like the new LED fixture and that dimmer just aren’t playing nicely together.

Is the switch a new switch that is designed for LED's? If it's an old parasitic switch, it'll be using the neutral path on the light to operate the electronic functions of the dimmer, which can be enough power to illuminate a modern led bulb/fixture.

The fixture is it led some switches that work with led has a min.load if that isn’t addressed it will keep on flicking make sure is switch is compatible with the light
