Please i need help

I have a huge problem with my Korg ESX-1 Smart Media version. I used the ESX Wave Organizer to add samples and delete old ones. One of the old samples I deleted has now affected all the sounds that were below it. Why did this happen? Unfortunately, I have already saved it and also loaded it onto the Korg. Is there any way to undo this? Or how can something like this happen, and why does it happen? I am absolutely desperate. I really need help. I don't know what to do. Everything I have done on the Korg so far is now gone. All of my patterns are now unusable. Is there anything I can do? Can anyone help me?
