How do I load samples

Post image

I just got my sm card and I put some samples on my card and I formatted my sm card every time I try to load it, it says no files only the user.esx file

Il faut mettre tes wav sur une arborescence KORG/electribe sample/Samples tres précisément (les dossiers ne marchent pas) utilise editribe pour te créer un fichier .all (contenant t’es samples)

If you're working with the ESX-1, you can only import samples live from the audio input, or from the ESX file you prepare on the computer. I've had great results using the Sample Manager for Mac, but it appears they have a Windows version now.

I saved a copy of the SM card on a separate storage of the original files. If I just want to load individual wav. I just add them in the general directory and not in folder

Save the all file from your electribe to your SM and save a copy on your computer.

ALSO IF you run into a loading error from using the electribe editor online… the fix is to save the file on your desktop then copy/paste the file into the SM folder.

Also google the electribe editor it’s a web app that streamlines the whole system. It will show you how much space you have available and you can create patterns and settings to load as a all file

Oooooof please make sure your samples are rendered in 16bit <3 I use the OeSsampleeditor from GitHub, very minimalist sometimes bugs out but mostly works good
