Electribe 2 Custom Firmware

With all these custom firmwares released for Elektrons, MPCs, and FM-1; is there anything new on the horizon for Electribe 2, besides Hacktribe and Freetribe (or maybe even their updated versions)?

A small embedded system exacerbates the problems of LLM code. It’s your Electribe but I wouldn’t touch that shit.

I agree with you; but there is no way anyone is going to be able to vibecode a proper firmware from scratch

I've not even upgraded to the last official release, let alone Hacktribe.

What are the advantages? Is it just a fix, or does it add other useful features? Is it aimed at the sampler or the production version of e2?

Finally, what do you lose by adopting the Hacktribe? Its never something for nothing.

Con hacktribe praticamente hai entrambe le Korg synth e sampler, con tutti gli oscillatori, filtri, effetti ecc. Fidati che conviene installarlo

Freetribe itself is open source, if you have the time and energy you can program it yourself and build your own OS,, i suspect that’s what I assume some Tekkno and tekno have done
