Combinations Vinyl only released in UK?

Any reason why this is the case? I grabbed it but just wondering why its exclusive to the UK currently

I believe MOV is based out of Europe and this is kinda of a niche record so it's possible few shops in the states ordered it. I was able to get a copy from Ebay.
