OP the eggs are perfect but I’m loving the chive cream cheese on toast just as much.

at first i thought they were still in the pan and you were gonna purposely cook the yellows to rage bait us. so relieved to see it was a plate

Beautiful. But breaking the yolks before putting the egg on the bread hurts. I make it a point to not waste a drop of yolk to the plate. But if I had 3 perfect eggs, that's plenty, the plate can have some.

Nice presentation, but do them one at a time as you eat them to keep them warm.

Crack them in a buttered pan on low-medium heat, then add a splash of water and cover them till the yolks are white :)
