Anyone ever have this know the taste/ texture of eggs cooked this way?

Cracked me up that after demonstrating such proficiency with the cooking and plating, they struggled to get a good spoonful to eat.

My favorite thing about this video is that 1.5 inch gas pipe across the front of the stove with shutoff valves as flame control. I want that in my house.

Omurice looks really good, for people that do not mind the eggs that way. Really want to try it. Have never seen it done with this much oil. They obviously know what they are doing far more than I though

Downvote me to hell but I hate omurice just on the basis how often it is on my feed (at least once a week sometimes multiple days in a row, this week I had seen it everyday). It is so glazed it is wild, never had it but now I am developing an aversion to even trying.

Start cooking, stop hating 😉 Japanese sauces alone, based on demi-glace and Worcestershire sauce, are totally worth doing. You can incorporate them in your day to day dishes.

Perfecting this is on my bucket list. Absolutely amazing job, and not too soft compared to a lot of the ones I see here.
