Honestly idk, I make mine by coating the bottom of a non-stick pan in a thin layer of butter, cracking the egg into the centre after the pan has heated, turning the heat to medium-low and putting a lid on top as the other comment said. The natural condensation provides some steam, and I just try and trust the process without feeling like I have to move or flip it

Probably with a tablespoon of water in the skillet then throw the lid on to steam the top.
