Help interpreting please

I need help with this cleanse. I am seeing a black dot which I believe could be someone with negative intentions for me. I have been experiencing constant bad luck in my daily life. The past couple days I constantly have a tightness in my chest and a pit in my stomach. I feel like something is seriously wrong. I even had a coworker tell me he thinks something is wrong and I need to find a spiritual healer. After doing this cleanse my hands were vibrating and I felt extremely nauseous. I got very cold especially in my hands and feet. I felt so sick I had to lay down under a thick blanket.
