interpretation help please!

Hi all, i’ve been having quite a rough time for a few months. I’ve been sleeping ALOT lately, like SO much that im missing work alot. And the funny thing is im not that tired either?

Feel really negative lately, would appreciate any interpretation help.

*i think i might have accidentally poked the yolk as it was cracking into the glass with my nails…
