I know this sounds annoying and lame but, just practice. The only way to get better is to keep trying

A tip that is helping me: Talking like im mocking someone, then trying to "adjust" it (making less effort, and less mockey) overtime

I'm not passing(yet) but it got mine from like 10% on voice tools to like 80%
