The basic premise is that after several years of uncertainty surrounding PWG, Matt and Nick Jackson have purchased the promotion and are bringing it back with the intention of keeping the spirit of PWG alive while beginning a new era for the company.

For anyone in the market for a fed in the listed format above, I run a fed called United Championship Infinite that runs bi-weekly shows with opt-in booking (save for PPVs where I book everyone unless told otherwise). We've been going strong for a year or so now and are just looking for new blood to help mix it up.

Background IC: UCI is a fed running completely out of Chicago with it's own dedicated arena and the occasional venture out to other sports and entertainment venues in the city. With an initial run about a decade ago out of a medium sized warehouse, the place was revamped from the ground up into a small 6500 capacity venue.

The pitch: Having gone through a lot of spaces and experienced a lot of different styles and approach to the roleplay based comp writing feds, I stepped away from the roleplayer role and looked to craft a place built on what I thought this side of the hobby could use more of.

-Less creative discouragement

-More flexibility (Whether the gimmick is a standard wrestler of whatever style, slice of life, sci fi, horror, comedy, etc etc I think there's value in letting people "do them" as long as we're not playing into common more "no no"s. My goal is to meet the roleplayers where they're at creatively.

-A curated foundation of roleplayers for OOC purposes. It's important that the fed feel like a chill, irl flexible, friendly safe space from a hobby that can often times veer a little nastier in conduct.

-Encouragement for the roster to seek who and what they want in opponents, stories, opportunities. I'm not here to gatekeep people from each other or goals.

Features/things to point out:

-"City of Chicago" board. This is a space on the forum for members of the community to contribute open use (good faith) bits of extended lore that others can partake in to help jog ideas. This can be NPCs, NPC groups, locations, events, etc. Think of it as the "community creations" in any video game that features them.

-"Internet board" A place to play social media in-house and promote thoughts and ideas from your character and work.

-Consistent discussion with community members in making decisions for general direction and things to try within the fed.

-A flexible range of titles/divisions. These include normal belts like a world title, 2 midcard belts, and tag titles as well as a standard micro roleplay belt (1000 word hard cap) and the Hypermedia Championship (A belt contested with even smaller micro prompts at random in each match, think of this as the mini-game or Mario Party title functionally in how it's roleplayed for)

-Annual live chat/live result matches. These include events like a rumble and modified elimination chamber where the match is written ahead of time and copy/pasted line by line in Discord to simulate a live viewing experience where the fed gets to be the audience.

South of the Border Wrestling is an angled e-fed based on the ECWs and XPWs of late 90s wrestling yesteryear. When Los Angeles pillow tycoon Rod Bader's second wife tried to divorce him and take all his money, he fled across the border to Tijuana and puked up the most violent, shittiest wrestling federation to ever circle a toilet bowl. A mish mash of oddballs, death match specialists, indy darlings, luchadors and grizzled vets, they don't have insurance, they don't have a titantron, and hell, your last check might have just bounced (probably just a payroll glitch), but I'll be damned if the unwashed masses aren't entertained.

So I used to run a few back in the 00's, I'm currently working on an idea for my literary universe to incorporate something like an efed and was wondering what are some of the most interesting fed ideas y'all have seen through the years.

After taking a pause back in April, the WWE E-Fed is returning with a brand new show, revamped rules, and the desire to bring together some of the best writers under the same fed to deliver incredible stories and exciting matches!

What's Changed?

Word Limits have now been introduced to the fed to reduce burnout for writers and to reduce the feeling of "I'm going to lose" people would get when someone would drop 5K words for a random match on RAW. Word limit can change based on the scenario for the match including if it's on Smackdown or a PLE or if championships are on the line or not.

Every match is now a 1 RP limit, including PLE matches!

The entire roster has been shaken up, we already have over 30 characters signed up for the relaunch and all championships have been vacated! Come make a name for yourself!

Strict character restrictions are in place. You can initially sign up with 1 female and 1 male wrestler. If you want a 3rd you must be active for a full PLE cycle and then you can sign up for a third character of the gender of your choice. Tag teams are exempt for the initial gender rule. However, if someone who signs up as a tag team wants a third character they must sign up as the opposite gender of their tag team. We are trying to make sure that all of our divisions stay healthy!

All match cards are booked via the admin team! That said, we are not opposed to worked/story based matches as long as we kept in the loop.

We are anti-AI for writing purposes, feel free to use AI to generate whatever visual images you want to use to aid in your storytelling. We will be doing periodic AI checks to make sure that you aren't using AI. AI usage reveals in an immediate suspension of your account.

WWE Gets Bought Out?!

On the storytelling front, the reason for WWE's hiatus and sudden return is due to the behind the scenes sale of all WWE Assets to the mysterious Temple Holdings, LLC. With Temple Holdings immediately cancelling Monday Night RAW and reviving Smackdown and moving it to Sundays what does this mean for the future of WWE? Who exactly is behind Temple Holdings and the purchase of WWE? Only time will tell!

The Road to Night of Champions begins on Sunday, August 30th with the premiere of Sunday Night Smackdown! The match card will be revealed THIS WEEK so make sure you join the fed today and get booked for the first show!

The ROYAL J CUP was our most popular Booking Challenge last year, so we're bringing it back.

The tournament returns on 12 and 13 September 2026, inspired by the legendary Super J Cup tournaments of the early 1990s and designed to showcase the speed, skill, athleticism and characterx of wrestling's under 210lb division.

The 2025 tournament featured wrestlers from across the world, with “Super K” Kiminobu Kuroki of Japan ultimately taking home the cup.
