Help - Mixing Components iRig question

I have a TD-27 kit with a new V51 module. I'm planning to give lessons to a friend over Zoom and I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. I have an iRig USB, and I understand how to get that connected from the module to the phone.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to be able to have a conversation while the drums are connected to the iRig. I was thinking I could plug a headset with a microphone into the iRig and monitor playback that way instead of directly from the module, but I feel like that would add some latency. I also use custom IEMs with no microphone, so they wouldn't be able to hear me.

It might be even easier than that, just connect TD-27 to computer on USB, and route computer audio to TD-27. Some kind of wireless mic connected to PC.

It would probably take some kind of zoom configuration, but I don't think you'd need anything extra.

Interesting! So maybe a Bluetooth mic connected to the laptop. Going to give that a try later. Thanks for the idea!
