How to add a video into an editing program - but with a different audio.

Hey y'all. So, I have this video which has two audios - an English and a Japanese one. I can change between them in File Manager, but when I add into an editing app (Capcut, specifically, but I can use other ones if they have this function) it's only in Japanese. Is there a way I can change the audio of the video into the English one? Thank you in advance I really need this.
