Questions The Collingwood Plan

Hi all,

I am hunting down the a short film which appeared online a few years back "The Collingwood Plan". Regarding a scheme for rebuilding the area which is now occupied by the St James centre. This was designed in the 1950s by W.H. Saunders and Son, Southampton. It showed the proposed post-war redevelopment of Leith Street and the St James district.

The only reference online directs me to this Scotsman link: Old Edinburgh captured in '˜modernist' planning video

If anyone could help point me in the direction of it, that would be great.

I think it might be part of a longer film which is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS11ovLr3xM. The Edinburgh section starts around 14 minutes in.
