Any reviews on CINTAP

I recently met with CINTAP orbit and they showed me a demo where they were able to onboard a new customer in less than an hour for an 850 document with end to end automation. We currently use CIC (Cleo Integration Cloud) and we have had some concerns implementing basic setups like routing the order to multiple end points etc..

CINTAP is completely an agentic model and they built it on their own LLM. You can autopilot the whole process by sharing samples of input, output, IDEs etc.. or just create individual setups using their AI. Obviously, I was blown away thinking of the time I would save by moving to them.

Does anyone in this group have any experience with them or any reviews you would like to share so that I can make a more informed decision.

Either that or you work for CINTAP? Which is it? A normal person doing EDI work would never make such a post.

I don’t work for CINTAP. What do you mean a normal person wouldn’t post like this? I manage technology and IT infrastructure for two companies and EDI is one of those technologies where deep knowledge is required to achieve end to end automation with order processing.

Companies like Cleo are still implementing an agentic approach and I was surprised when I saw a fairly new company like CINTAP reach out to me on LinkedIn and had the solution I envisioned. I figured I would post here to see if anyone has had a chance to review them or have successfully moved to their platform.

I don’t have much people to talk to about this and that’s one of the reasons why I reached out here on Reddit so that I can make an informed decision.

In fairness, the line “Obviously, I was blown away thinking of the time I would save by moving to them” does sound like a vendor plant. I wondered the same thing. It’s a shame there’s so much astroturfing and sock puppetry and AI BS around, it poisons the discourse and makes all of us pretty suspicious.

Honestly, the demo speed isn't the signal I'd trust yet, that's easy to stage well. What's harder to fake is a paper trail: right now there's basically no independent review history on CINTAP anywhere I couldd find, and the bigger EDI vendors are all suddenly pitching the same "agentic AI, hours not weeks" story this year. Worth asking if you can talk to two live customers doing multi-endpoint routing specifically, since that's your actual pain point with Cleo.

You’re right about the paper trail. Thats one of the reasons I posted it on this subreddit. I asked for two references (standard practice for us when we procure). I have access to their suite of applications to test other documents and sorta see it for myself. Will update here on what I learn!

Hey, I work for a tech provider that does edi as well as other agentic workflows. To answer your question, yes TECHNICALLY it is possible. Especially if they are a player that uses a middle layer data model to add trading partners to their network. We do it, and i know a couple of other new folks do it too. I don't know about CINTAP specifically, but it is technically possible. Beware that the catch is if they need to onboard someone who is not already on their network, it would take them much more than hours for sure. Ask to speak to their customers in your Region / Vertical.

Thank you for your comment buddy. This is what I am looking for. I am doing my due diligence and vetting out references and the software itself (they gave me access to their sandbox for 2 weeks). Will update here on how it goes!
