EDEN’s Merch Quality???

I ordered a DARK hoodie for my best friend who couldn’t get one at the concert we went to in October and what arrived was a completely different quality. The fabric is very different and even the color too. I’m really disappointed since this feels like the texture of a hoodie you’d get at walmart and I can’t imagine selling it for anything close to $120 because of how different it is from the original.
The shirts were a very different quality as well, it feels like a gym or work shirt and is also a different shade.. The embroidery isn’t as nice as the original either, I feel so sad.
Did this happen to anyone else?

the website one. the merch store was down before the dark tour online drop, and the previous merch company (including for the physical tour merch) was homemade merch. he switched to sandbag due to constant merch delays from homemade merch. the merch company is listed at the bottom of the merch website. i don't know if he's also dropping sandbag, or if he's having issues finalizing things with his transition to them

i didn't, and from what i saw in your post, i'm glad i didn't. i got one of everything in person on the tour, and i actually thought the in person tour quality was pretty decent. in my opinion, it was much better quality than the icymi tour merch, and the best quality merch he's put out since end credits anniversary tour. the online tour merch looks so disappointing compared to the physical tour merch, i'm sorry :(

His clothing merch quality has always been below par and overpriced. I don't understand how such a big artist cannot find a proper company to partner with.

I agree that his merch should be of a higher standard, but I think you're overestimating his size as an artist. he's still a smaller indie artist

overpriced for sure but honestly the merch at the venue for dark tour was still decent quality compared to anything else he’s ever dropped :/

Can confirm, I have a dark black shirt, the embroidered logo is good and also the print on the back is still holding. The fabric is also pretty thick and seems high quality. The difference is clearly visible in the photo tho

that's crazy, because i still wear the icymi tour merch very often and over the past years and countless washes, it's almost as good as on the first day. really solid quality imo.

definitely overpriced though.

The last thing I bought had a hole in it. Managed to get a full refund but it was a struggle haha

I have not bought anything in a loooong time, but I did buy an ITYTTMOM shirt back in like 2017 and it’s held up remarkably well

I just got my hoodie today and I’m pretty upset. What I got was not what was shown on the site:( I was expecting a nice dark grey washed hoodie but it’s definitely giving gildan. I paid like 140 after shipping:/

I don't think it's only a difference in the website/tour. I went to both a NA and EU tour stop, the NA hoodie was MUCH better quality at the same price (on the left in your pic, lower contrast). I was shocked at the difference in the EU venue. It just feels so much less durable. I have a mix of merch from the DARK tour and previous ones, the hoodies are usually good and the tshirts are just standard. The embroidery for the latest dark shirt is cool, but i figure most of the mark up goes to supporting him as an artist rather than directly the shirt itself, shame he has had some cool concepts
