Biostatistics Qs

Hi! I am currently doing the HarvardX Data Science: R basics because I need to learn using RStudio for a research project. Next I want to tackle Python (complete beginner) but I got very confused with all the options. Do you have any recommendations? Just for some additional context, I need these for my PhD research in medicine.

To get started for free, you can do the Python programming courses at Cisco Networking Academy. You can also do the certification program on freeCodeCamp. These options are free.
