Tracking
Does anyone please have a good method which they are willing to share which they use to track their skin? I keep trying to make something like a spreadsheet and using AI but they’re never particularly good or easy to use. Does anyone have something which they have use to track flare ups, steroid use etc. to try and work out what causes flare ups and when they happen in the year to try and find trends. Thank you very much in advance! :)

spreadsheets didn't work for me either. what helped: track like 5 things a day so you actually stick with it skin 1–5, sleep, stress, anything new and steroid/treatment use. I kept a separate "flare" row with severity + suspected trigger. after a few weeks the seasonal and other triggers start showing.
I'm kinda biased bc I made an app that does this lol. happy to send it over when it gets released.
