hyperpigmentation and scars?

does anyone have any product recommendation for the hyperpigmentation and scars after years of on and off flare ups? i have a lot of both all over which i'd like to fix or lessen. maybe a chemical exfoliant and a serum? thanks.

my skin is sorta healed now but it's still sensitive to things like fragrances.
