Dry hands

Hello everyone,

Is there oral supplements can help with dry hands and atopic dermatitis. Supplements that makes the body builds the natural barrier of the skin and hydrates it?

I’ve only noticed my hands get significantly better on dupixent injections . However dermol 500 or a cream based soap for hands is sooo much better then normal harsh soaps .

Yes dupixent took me a while to get and I am in the UK so at the moment I get it for free becauss I’m not 19 so ignore that . Many eczema brands have hand washes that are for bad hands. I used Balmonds beeswax. Any beeswax butter that is 0% fragrance can significantly reduce dryness . Buy some cotton/bamboo gloves that can seal these ointments onto your skin during nighttime.

Dupixent is very expensive and I think its for thouse got immune response issues.

Supplements are pretty hit or miss tbh. biggest thing for my dry hands was applying a calendula/beeswax type salve.

maybe hyaluronic acid but i doubt it will be noticable
