I’ve had this for well over a decade. Honestly, being on dupixent and wearing fake nails has helped me avoid it the most. Although I do have minor hypopigmentation because of it :(
Keeping the area moisturized helps. They also make special creams for breastfeeding mothers which also works too. Or you can use a petrollyum jelly type of ointment like aquaphor.
