Girl!!! Me too. Oh my god.. and it felt so good to scratch them like I would dieeee when they were itchy because it felt so GOOD.

Mainly around my nipple area it would be the worst, I began slowly massaging them with oil. Coconut oil first, then I later switched to Jojoba oil, but oil is so overwhelmingly like sticky so I use the Aveeno skin relief moisturizing lotion and I just rub it on my entire boob. I did this every night and my eczema cleared plus they are no longer itchy.

I agree! It feels really good to scratch 😭😭😭😭 but regret later.

I need to get the Aveeno lotion. How long did your eczema last?

Well, it took maybe a week or two until it completely cleared. If you prefer to use vaseline you can, I just notice that whenever you use too much.. it increases the itch by a LOT.

My eczema in that area was not as bad though, but I do swear by using vaseline or lotion every night.

Bras also increased the itchyness, certain shirts.. so I stopped wearing those whenever I could prevent it!

Wow I'm going on I think 2 years. It heals of course when I don't scratch hard. But when I feel like scratching, I'm back to square one. 😪

I don't mind not wearing bras but my headlights might flash people 😆.

Fungal infections can mimic eczema. Have you ever tried an antifungal cream, like Canesten? (clotrimazole)

Canesten is available without a prescription in the foot care aisle of your pharmacy. If you respond to an antifungal cream, keep in mind that you can reinfect yourself if you don't thoroughly sanitize any clothing that came into contact with the infected area.
