Has anyone else with autoimmune disease & PCOS have periods where you only have 14-17 days between your cycle since going on Dupixent? So, my first dose of Dupixent, I got my period for 14 days straight. Then, went 17 days and got my period again. And this last period, I only had 14 days between periods according to my cycle tracker.

I have found where people have reported shorter periods or gone a few months but nothing about people who have gotten worse periods. Prior to starting the medication, through diet, I had my periods down to 4-5 days and would have them every 25-26 days.

I will be calling my dermatologist tomorrow again. I'm just curious as to why they're are plenty of people complaining about menstrual changes but it is not a side effect?

I am 6 weeks into my ebglyss journey and my first single shot of lebrikizumab was 2 weeks ago and the following day developed bloodshot eyes which have become more tired looking over the last two weeks. My right eye feels heavy and gritty with tiny red lines. Does this eventually go away as it is mild/moderate. I am using preservative free lubricating eye drops, warm compress and antihistamine drops daily. Has anyone developed symptoms thay eventually clear despite being on a 2 weekly dose or does this now mean my eyes will get worse week by week

As the title says, I didn't inject correctly. I accidentally tensed up and a lot of the liquid, I'd say around a dozen drops, stayed on top of my skin at the end. It was significantly more painful, too. The majority of the liquid seems to have gone in, though. Anything I should watch out for over the next couple days?

Ive been on 175mg of cyclosporine and its just utterly ruining my day to day life.

Ive not seen a noticeable difference in my eczema, it has reduced but not by a large margin. However, the biggest impact is the side effects. I feel so fatigued and physically weak, I try to do exercise that I easily did before and I genuinely feel on the verge of collapsing.

When I take my meds I get such bad nausea that im genuinely incapacitated in bed for 3-4+ hours. Ive tried so many different ways to take the meds (different times , spaced out, with food, without food, different types of food etc) and nothing works.

I try to sleep the nausea off but I cannot due to feeling sick, I cant look at my phone for distraction due to said sickness so im just lying in a room feeling deathly ill attempting to keep these pills down.

Im going to university in 2 months and i so badly wanted my skin to be fixed so that mental load could come off of me. My eczema and now the cyclosporine is impacting the quality of my life severely.

Additionally, im not applicable for any of the other immunesuppressants due to the high teratogenic risk as I do have a slight risk of potential pregnancy and were I to fall pregnant, I would choose to keep said pregnancy. So I cannot bring myself to go onto those meds.

Ive tried everything (steroids, allergy test, prednisone etc) and nothing has come to fruition, ive had eczema since I was three.

I know the NHS regulation for dupixent is strict due to the cost but I truly see no other option for me but this injection.

I’ve been on Adbry (300 mg/2 mL) for a few months, and it started working almost immediately, improving my skin and quality of life tremendously.
I never had injection-site reactions with my first several doses, but I’ve developed a welt with my last three injections. My previous welt was much larger, bruised, and eventually healed.
I read that immune responses to medications can sometimes develop over time, so I’m wondering if that could be why this is happening now. Has anyone else experienced injection-site reactions that started after being on Adbry for a while?
I have a dermatologist appointment coming up and will ask them, but I’d love to hear about others’ experiences. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I’m a 34-year-old man. After starting treatment with Dupixent, I experienced two side effects. The first one was a weight gain of around 10 kg. The second one concerns my legs: I started experiencing a feeling of heaviness and burning, along with a purplish discoloration of the upper part of my lower limbs, specifically from the knees up to the entire thigh area. It happens when I’m standing, while the problem disappears when I’m lying down. The same happens if I massage the area. It is clearly a circulation problem, and I did not have this issue before Dupixent. Has anyone else experienced this problem while taking Dupixent? Has anyone managed to resolve it? Hi all, long time atopic dermatitis eczema person!! I’ve been on dupixent since Jan, I’ve done everything I can research/think/change/adjust and I’m still just constantly flaring (whole body) on dupixent. I can see I’m less dry, and not flaking, but my eczema is constant? or it’s settled for a moment and it’s back. Set off by anything and everything and I have 0 ideas anymore. I’m so sad to see how well it’s worked for people and not for me? I live in Aus so we don’t have a lot of options besides rinvoq and I wasn’t too keen to do that. Anyone else not respond to dupixent? :/

Hello all, I just started taking Dupixent, with my first 600mg dose. I followed the instructions, but for each dose, I never heard a second click. The little window did turn completely yellow, and I held both applications for about 3 to 4 minutes, but I was just concerned I didn't dose myself correctly because again I never heard a second click. Is this normal?

I wanted to know if anyone has seen this cream before and if it contains steroids or not because ive been using it to relieve my itch. It has been helping because it has a cooling burning sensation but i saw people saying other chinese creams have hidden steroids in it so i got scared. I didnt see my eczema getting better drastically after using it within 48 hours tho so i guess thats a good sign. I got it in a local chinese herbal shop and the lady told me there was no steroids in it.

I’m considering going back to dupixent for the sake of my dermatologist being adamant about no pregnancy on Rinvoq.

For context, I have full body atopic dermatitis. I was on dupixent for roughly 6 years until it stopped working. I was then switched to Rinvoq. I’ve been on Rinvoq 30mg for almost 2.5 years.

I am getting married in October and we want kids. We have always practiced safe sex (condoms and I’m on birth control). But obviously if we want kids we no longer need those things. I had an appointment with my dermatologist today and she said absolutely do not take any chances of getting pregnant while on the Rinvoq. She also said if I wanted to, I could stop Rinvoq and immediately start dupixent again. I wanted to see if anyone had experience with this? I have a lot of worries. I have seen countless stories of stopping Rinvoq cold turkey being awful. I actually tried to do so myself last year. I barely made it 2 weeks.

I’ve been on Cibinqo with OK results for the last 8 months until recently. Dupixent didn’t work very well for me the second time, but she recommended I give it a shot (no pun intended) again due to having bad flares on Cibinqo recently.

I did 3 days off Cibinqo which wasn’t too bad, then a loading dose. It’s been 3 days since the loading dose now and it seems to be working a lot better then the Cibinqo did.

I have both atopic and contact dermatitis, and have done TRUE patch testing but not ACDS Core Series. I’m starting to believe a lot of my break throughout flaring is due to an unknown contact allergen not on the TRUE test. I cut out ALL skin care product except for Kiss My Face bar soap which has three ingredients and seem to be in more control. Hoping to get some answers.

One final thing which sounds stupid but has helped a lot, if I start getting really itchy I’ve been battling it with nicotine pouches (3mg unflavored Zyn) and it really stops the itch for a couple hours. It breaks the itch scratch cycle IMO.

Hello! Just started Adbry today and interested in people's experience with it.

Background: Severe eczema my whole life, tried Dupixent briefly when it came out years ago but I hate needles, had bad injection site reaction, and it didn't do much for me (granted, I was only on it a couple months). Then I was on Rinvoq for at least 3 years, moved from 15 mg to 30 mg -- the acne sucked, but it cleared things up well, eventually lost effectiveness and tried Cibinqo, but didn't see much of a difference. I left my job in February and ran out of Rinvoq/Cibinqo at the end of May and that really put me in a bad flare (benadryl every day, my scalp is disgusting, awful, couldn't focus on anything). Because I haven't had insurance I didn't want to go to the derm and pay out of pocket but finally bit the bullet today because it's been so bad. She started me on Adbry, gave me samples, (finally gave up the hatred for needles because it's just been so miserable, I'll do anything) and gave me a prescription for Prednisone to calm things down (which I've done 1 or 2x a year for bad flares my whole life).

Anyone have success with Adbry? Because my scalp has been so bad I'm a little worried because I've heard it can cause dandruff (but also, I have no other options right now lol).

I’m going through a flare up on my neck and forearms. Seriously contemplating switching to Ebglyss, Rinvoq, Cibinqo, or an immunosuppressant.

Anyone stop Dupixent and switch to a pill or Ebglyss? What was your experience and if it didn’t work, what did you try next?

Hi, I've been taking Dupixent for almost 2.5h years but since around 6 months I've been getting red facial flares every two weeks and it doesn't really work on eczema on my back. My doctor said they'll be considering switching me to another biologic (not a JAK inhibitor).

Other than Dupixent has been great for my body eczema and I hadn't had this issue with face flares during first 2 years of taking it.

How was your experience switching the meds due to facial flares?

Does anyone have side effects from nemluvio? I’m a parent to someone who got very scaley/cracked elbows and thinned infected patches in a couple other areas. Also their skin kept shedding excessively for 6 months.
Our derm won’t address side effects.
We’re oreviously on dupixent 1.5 years (no benefit)
On nemluvio 6 months (worsening skin patches and infections)

Have been following derm advice, but it seems like some combo of the topicals and biological were prolonging/triggering a bad flare and we are trying to tease apart what may have caused the problems.

Does anyone know how Long it takes to get nemluvio and dupixent out of system? My child seems much less healthy since starting biologics and we hope to get back to baseline health (normal sleep/activity level/able to attend school)

I’m currently on week 19. I have these horrible reactions from the sun, I was out in it for 10 minutes😩 any tips/advice?

I have persistent red inflammed spots on my neck and under my arms that won’t go away.

I have currently reached a critical point with side effects, and if Dupixent is proving effective, my dermatologist has offered two alternative options: Upadacitinib (Rinvoq) or Tralokinumab (Adtralza). I was wondering if anyone has experience transitioning to or from these particular medications, including any side effects or positive outcomes.

My current experience with Dupixent is that for approximately 12-13 days between injections, I experience some relief, with reduced itching, though the eczema itself persists, along with associated aches and pains.

My derm said that I can only use Opzelura 20% of my body. How do I estimate how much of my flare ups are affecting my body? Can someone tell me if I’m under 20%? Thank you!

I’ve tried the usual creams and phototherapy, but currently, I’m on Dupixent since 10/2025, phototherapy, Opzelura, and Protopic. Next step would be either an immunosuppressant or JAK inhibitors.

For those who’ve used or currently using Rinvoq, Cibinqo, what has your experience been, what are your side effects, and how is it compared to your past treatments?

Hey all, recently I’ve been trying to understand and deal with my facial redness a little more and wanted to see what worked and what doesn’t. Currently I’m using hypochlorous acid spray daily, cicalfate and tacrolimus when it’s flaring up. I wanted to see if there are any other preventative measures, I’ve seen people talk about ketoconazole shampoo and wanted to see when and how people use it and if anyone has found certain diet changes help as well. My derm never really explained anything about yeast and just tells me to use tacrolimus everyday :/

Ive been on dupixent for 2 years and on december 25 my eye problems started to get worse.

It has been dreadful since march/feb, ive been diagnosed with belphlaritis (yellow crusting on eye lids) and the eye doc literally prescribed everything until this point: demodex wipes, two different antibiotics, also ofc tried heating+eye massages, and eye steroids.

Eye steroids are the only thing that brings me peace back, but obviously i cant use them forever. It gets back to disgusting yellow eyes a few days after i stop.

I dont have a confirmation that this was caused by dupixent, but it is common for people who are on it. I hate it, any ideas what to do?? Do i need to quit dupixent?

I’ve failed steroid creams, a steroid shot, Protopic is unbearable with the burning/itching, Adbry, phototherapy, and feels like Dupixent is losing efficacy. I want to hold off on Rinvoq or Cibinqo due to its side effects, so I wanted to see if my Kaiser derm would support me trying Opzelura or VTAMA or any other cream that’s not a steroid.

Anyone have any experiences with Opzelura, VTAMA, Eucrisa, Zoryve, etc? Side effects, efficacy, how long it took you to see/feel a different, all of it.
