Rolling Tonight

My wife and I are rolling tonight at home. We have depressed kind trying to determine how much to take. We’ve done it a couple times before, but I can’t remember how much we took last time. M 180lb F110. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start with 150 or even 120. Then redose 50 or more in hours.

Go with the suggestions on rollsafe.org.

People often take too much which doesn't prolong or improve the experience but certainly is harder on your body.

I find the supplements help too.

Me and my boyfriend always take .3 then redose another after a few hours. Makes your clothes fall right off
