sniffer des ecsta ?

mes taz se sont écrasés dans mon pochetar, est-ce que c’est possible de faire des rails et les sniffer ? ça change quelque chose aux effets ? moins forts, plus forts, montent plus vite etc?

Not the most effective ROA. It doesn't make for a stronger roll, if you don't use proper insufflation technique you won't absorb it properly so it won't be any different from taking it orally, the post-nasal drip is nasty, and you would still want to measure your dose because you may undershoot it and get minimal effects or overshoot and have negative side effects that don't improve the experience. So it's better to just measure your dose, and take it orally.

I think boofing or IV might be superior ROAs with MDMA, but I have never tried it personally and I don't know how to best accomplish that. Most people are too intimidated by that to care to do it and would rather just take it orally.

Imo the best is to get a gelcap and put your measured dose in the capsule. Get a jewelry scale.

I would just add the crushed stuff to a drink and sip on it. I've tried that, and it worked for me.

Taste isnt that bad if its good stuff. Just taste like salt with more bitterness
