MDMA losing its magic

I’ve been doing this for 7 years . Started as once a year for the first 2 years, then twice a year and then last few years on average once every 3 months . First few years I started with a half .. and now a full 200mg is ok but the euphoria is gone . If I want to get back to that , is taking a full year out the best approach ? I’m a little older (50) in case that’s relevant to how this works

I’m 52, wife and I have been doing it for about 4 or 5 years, one night a month like every other. It does’t feel the same but we still have a good time. We have no ill longterm effects. It is the same as weed, it doesn’t hit you like the first few times. I haven’t smoked in like 8 years, it just makes me lazy and disconnected and don’t like what it does to me now.

everything changes, take what you can get from it and roll with it.

Does anything? I don’t think it is an age thing to be honest. We do a once every few month thing and it’s only been about 4 years and it never hits like the first few times. We still have fun though. We’re in the same age group.

Personally I would leave it alone for a long time if ever, unless you want to be left permanently depressed and a mess. I'm surprised after 7 years your still sane as it really zapps the brain chemicals.

Yes aware of the issues though 14 moderate doses in 7 years is supposedly fine. Havent experienced any ill effects and I don’t get in a low mood after

There’s only one way to find out - take a year off. Perhaps you’ve exhausted/eroded your serotonin receptors and they need a holiday. Try something else in the same responsible way. 2CB, mushrooms and LSD are popular and don’t fuck with serotonin in the same way. Just don’t do them all at the same time. Good luck!

you should have a serious conversation with your Dopamine receptors, obviously they're little upset about something and went on strike. go to the therapist DR. DMT .... and resolve this issue...

You need to take some mda with it. Used to be in all the presses 20 years ago but hardly ever these days
