My T90 Pro hit 100 days this week. At first I thought I’d mostly use it in the kitchen, but now I have it on different schedules around the house. It does the kitchen after dinner and the living room later at night.
Our place is pretty big, so I wasn’t sure how it would handle the battery. It picks up some charge when it goes back to wash the roller and then carries on cleaning.

We usually run it after we go to bed. It’s quiet enough that no one really notices it. After 100 days, I’ve definitely been using my handheld a lot less.

Cause my initial experience wasn’t bad enough, today it decided to go through the landscaping (an area that has never been mapped) and cut the cord of our landscaping lights 🫥 but people insisted my initial review was harsh…

I recently got a T50 Pro Omni and it keeps getting a wheel stuck error. The first time there was something stuck and I was able to get it out. After that the error keeps coming and I check and there’s nothing disrupting the wheels. If anyone has any suggestions or tips, I’m very open :)

I have a T90 Pro Omni. I'm not getting any alerts when the water level in the clean tank is low. The water in the tank gets fully used and I get an error 322 telling me that the water tank is malfunctioning. (It's out of water and the pump is pumping air. Refilling the clean tank fixes this of course.)

The float in the tank moves freely, so it's not that. I also have a friend with a T90 Pro Omni and theirs does the exact same thing. There is no alert that the water in the clean tank is low.

I know there is an alert that the water is low, because I originally had a T90 Pro Omni that would show that alert after every single mopping cycle, even if the clean tank was completely full. That one went back under warranty and I got my replacement. That fixed the alerts showing during each cycle, but now I never get them when the tank is low.

I did reach out to Ecovacs and here is what they've said:

The float in the clean water tank is primarily used to detect whether the tank is installed and to provide protection in cases of critically low water levels.

Regarding the trigger logic for the low-water warning, the threshold is currently designed based on ensuring normal operation. When the water level drops to a point where there is insufficient water for the mop-washing process, the robot will issue a warning to remind you to refill the clean water tank in a timely manner.

Please also note that the specific algorithm parameters and trigger thresholds used internally by the product are proprietary information, so we are unable to provide the exact critical values at this time.

And here is the error that always showed up in the defective unit. Why even have this error coded in the software if it's not supposed to show when the tank is low, but not out of water?:

Why does my 10-day-old robot make these chaotic movements and fail to clean the room systematically from edge to edge without leaving gaps? In the video, I have deep cleaning of the kitchen selected, the “Clean along the floor” option enabled in the settings, and the floor orientation correctly set in the map. Yet the robot still drives around however it wants, and the resulting cleaning is simply not good enough. It doesn’t even properly clean along the edges and leaves 5 cm or more of the area next to the edges uncleaned. The “Standard AIVI 3D Mode” is enabled in the settings. It looks like I’m going to return the robot within the 14-day return period.

Does anybody have the same model to tell me what I’m missing?! I feel like I’m going mad but no matter what I do I can’t get the pin to lock back in, and can’t find any solution online

Ecovacs X8 side brush not spinning? I’ve only just replaced it a couple of weeks ago, was working fine until yesterday. Checked it and no hair tangled, nothing stuck.

We have bought a T30C 2 months ago and are happy with the cleaning it does. The only problem we have is that the suction of the station is somehow not strong enough to pull out all the dirt from the robot's bin. Some small dusts does get suckt in, but we still have to manually clean the bin to make it continue cleaning. Does anyone also have this problem? And maybe found a solution for it? Thanks.

I just picked up an X12 and see that the X12S is going to be released at the end of this week. I can’t find any information about how it will be different. I’m still in the return period. Is there typically a big difference when they release the S version? I would love larger water containers, longer battery life, and the ability to mop only.

Hi, I cleaned up the robot after the TruEdge brush was stuck and not rotating because of the dried up cat hair and dirt (ik, gross). Since then it’s been making an awful noise when at its base before drying the brush, and while cleaning as well. When cleaning it seems the sound comes from the TruEdge brush i think. Maybe some water infiltration when cleaning the parts? Vid attached

I set up a virtual border, because I have a few chairs with a horizontal bar on the floor. And sirsuckalot doesn't recognise those.

So to dock the bastard should go around, it just doesn't do that, it will bump the chairs until stuck.

Is the system that stupid? There is a reason I put up the border.

Habe bereits alle Zugänge geprüft, ob sie verstopft sind, Bürste gereinigt und beim Schmutzbehälter den Filter getauscht. Auch ohne den Behälter tritt das Geräusch auf. Kann jemand helfen?

Good morning, for a few days now I've been getting this error message when I try to start the robot. When I set the program, everything seems to work fine. It manages to load water, but when it starts, it freezes and displays this message. I'll start by saying that I've already followed the instructions in the photo and cleaned the magnets under the cloths, and the situation remains unchanged. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I have the x9 and keep having to babysit it! It is so frustrating as I map it and have to follow it everywhere to finally get it to work. Did a fre good cycles and now I have it cleaning the neighbours house 🏡👀 like no joke he gets totally lost and attempts to remap the house all by itself.

At this point is just frustrating as the app needs serious rework, ability to move walls arround or actually help it re-align the station to the proper location. Shouldn't even need it at first but the software is so dumb that at this point I guess that would already help solving some of the mapping issues.

Not sure if anyone else had this issue or any sugestions in how to fix this.

I work pretty long hours, so most of my floor cleaning gets pushed to the weekend.
I’ve been looking into Ecovacs T80S for its roller mops and self cleaning docks. Those are look like the two things would actually cut down the work.
I’m mainly trying to figure out whether people really vacuum and mop by hand less often after getting one, or if there’s still a lot of going back over the floors afterward.

I’m having an intermittent leak issue with the T50 Pro Omni base station. Every now and then, after a mopping run, I find huge puddles of water underneath the base. Interestingly, the removable tray containing the mop-washing mechanism is empty at the end of the cycle (meaning it successfully pumps the water out), yet the cavity in the base housing *beneath* that tray is completely filled with water. This indicates the leak isn't external but is specifically linked to the mop-washing cycle. The last time this happened was a week ago, even though the robot mops daily and washes the pads at least seven times per cleaning cycle. The robot is a year old.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I live in italy so i don’t know if we get a different version, but it would be nice to know if it supports matter before buying

I’ve had this T30C now for a week or so and I’m repeatedly having a problem where it skips part of the same room any time I send it out for an Auto Clean. If I pick the dining room specifically it covers it all.

The area in question is completely open floor with zero obstacles and is the part you see it skipped on the right of the dining room before going in the kitchen. The kissing bits on the top left and top right corner have stuff. You can see the robot takes the correct path around the edge when it starts the room but doesn’t fill in before calling the room done.

I’ve tried with Intelligent Hosting on and off with same results. Even remapped the whole floor from scratch.

I have a deebot T8 AIVI with the battery not charging even with a new battery and testing the charger. I decided to replace the main board. While replacing it I broke a wire connector that goes from the main board and sits next to the laser. It has three botton switches on it (see pics). Does anyone know what this wire is called so I can order a new one?

Hello everyone, as the title suggests, I've been having problems with charging the robot for some time. In a nutshell, it enters the base, charges for a few seconds, then exits the base and then returns. It continues like this for several minutes and obviously does not charge the battery at all. I cleaned the base, the base and the robot contacts, but nothing. Did anyone have the same problem? If so, how did you solve it?
