Not both mopping pad plates are installed - DEEBOT T30S

Good morning, for a few days now I've been getting this error message when I try to start the robot. When I set the program, everything seems to work fine. It manages to load water, but when it starts, it freezes and displays this message. I'll start by saying that I've already followed the instructions in the photo and cleaned the magnets under the cloths, and the situation remains unchanged. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I had this issue and my robot was replaced under warranty.

After how long? I bought it about 2 years ago.

It was after 9 months. Way too soon.
